About This Workshop
In this two- or four-hour workshop, participants will learn techniques to increase engagement and improve participant satisfaction during a training session. Participants will gain valuable knowledge on applying adult learning theories and exercises to effectively open and close training sessions. They will leave with a newfound sense of confidence to successfully lead their own training sessions.
