She has worked with various clients, including Valley of the Sun United Way, Arizona State University, Wasatch Hospice and Home Healthcare, and The French Agency. She specializes in leadership development, performance management, and employee programs, with skills in Human-Centered Design (HCD). Niki holds a Master's in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and is ACC-certified by the International Coaching Federation. She is based in Phoenix, AZ.
